What if a supplier has bad categories or none at all?
Decisions are based on multiple pieces of evidence: the same EAN at reference shops, AI based on your category definitions and similarity to products already confirmed. When the evidence disagrees, the product goes to review and won’t appear in the wrong category in your online shop.
Will it overwrite my manual edits?
No. Manually confirmed categories and locked fields are never overwritten by any rule or by AI.
How do I know the categorisation is accurate?
Accuracy is measured on a verified sample of your products and continuously on random samples. If it drops below the threshold you set, automatic categorisation switches itself to suggestions only.
Which feed formats do you support?
XML (including Heureka, Google and Shoptet formats), CSV and JSON. Fields are recognised by their content, not just by their names.
Can I control it through an AI assistant?
Yes. Connect Claude or ChatGPT via MCP. The assistant follows the same quality rules and shows you every change before saving.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. You can change or cancel your subscription in the settings at any time.
