Three things set the price: the number of products, the number of feeds and how many times a day they update. Every supplier input feed and every output counts as a feed – and each language version of an output counts separately. Every plan includes all features and users.

How the price is calculated
Products: the first 1,000 are included in the €19 base, then €1.10 down to €0.30 for each additional 1,000.
Feeds: the first 6 are included in the base, the 7th–20th cost €1 each, the 21st–50th €0.60 each and the 51st–100th €0.40 each. Every input and output feed counts, including language versions.
Updates: up to 4× a day included. Each additional daily update adds 3% to the price, so hourly updates (24×) add 60%.
With other solutions, advanced features sold as add-ons typically cost around €300 per month in total, on top of the base plan.

Frequently asked questions
Are all features really included?
Yes. Every customer has all modules from day one. The price depends only on the number of unique products, feeds (input and output) and update frequency.
How often are feeds updated?
As often as you choose: from 1× to 24× a day. Up to 4 updates a day are included in the base price; more frequent updates (for example every hour) are added to the price. You can trigger an update manually at any time.
How are products counted?
Unique products in your catalogue, not the total across all outputs. You can have as many outputs and channels as you like.
What if I exceed my plan?
If you exceed it by more than 10%, we’ll send you an alert and a proposal to adjust your plan. Processing never stops without warning.
How much does AI cost?
You connect your own AI: with an API key from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google, Mistral or a local model, or via MCP straight from your AI agent. You pay the provider directly according to their pricing; we charge nothing on top. Without AI connected, every other feature works normally.
Will you help me switch from another tool?
Yes. We’ll migrate your rules with you and compare the outputs product by product until you switch off the old tool.
Who operates the service?
FrostFire s.r.o. operates the Sortyra service. Data is stored on servers in the EU and you can export or delete it at any time.
