All supplier feeds in one catalogue
Any feed, any structure. Sortyra downloads it, understands its fields and merges it with the others into one clean catalogue for your online shop.
The problem
Every supplier sends a different feed. One is XML with the fields PRODUCTNAME and PRICE_VAT, another is CSV with Czech column headers, a third is JSON without categories. You get the same product from three suppliers at three prices, and unifying it all by hand takes days every month.
How we solve it
- Connecting a source. You paste a feed URL or upload a file. Sortyra recognises the format (XML, CSV, JSON, Heureka, Google, Shoptet) and the encoding.
- Field mapping by content. Fields are assigned to the standard based on what they contain, not just what they are called. If a code or variant group is missing, it is generated consistently from the name.
- Merging by EAN. The same product from several suppliers becomes one listing. Your stock takes priority, then the supplier you choose.
- Regular updates. Feeds are downloaded on your schedule. If a feed suddenly shrinks or changes structure, you get an alert before the error reaches your online shop.
What if a supplier changes the feed structure?
Sortyra detects the change on the next download, won’t publish an output with errors and sends an alert describing what changed.
What about products that share one EAN?
If a supplier uses one EAN for a whole series (e.g. sizes), Sortyra recognises it and does not merge such products by EAN. Such an EAN is not sent to comparison sites.
